Can’t they just give it a break?

All these kids so special

Their to good to tie a shoe

Yet they’re just a bunch of tools

They will grow to hate you

For the complements you spew

When life shows them

what they thought they knew

 

Failure’s not an option

When success is all they know

As the iPad mold’s their brains

Makin’ them insane

“No” is not a word they hear

One word you’ve never said

You protect their self esteem

Avoiding all the screams
